I continue to be amazed at God's provision through His people! We are almost ready to mail off the last big chunk of paperwork before our dossier. God is providing the funds we need to mail with this paperwork in His time--one step at a time. I really do wish His provision would come all at once sometimes, that is for sure. But, we are on His timetable, not our own, and that's a good thing.
We expect to hear from our home study social worker after she reviews our case this week. Then we will begin a series of 4 or 5 meetings with her. Once we have an approved home study, we can apply for grants! Yaaay, grants!
In the meantime, we are pretty excited about some new things coming along! A friend, Nicole Harris, runs a local business called Cloey's Coastal Creations. She does beautiful monogramming and sewing! She has generously offered to create a special long-sleeved monogrammed t-shirt for us. Then, she is donating her profits toward our adoption fund! Check mine out, the girls have matching ones as well!!
Nicole has adult and children's shirt sizes available in navy or purple. The monogram is in one of the colors of the Bulgarian flag--red, green or white. So, pick your shirt color, pick your shirt size, and pick your monogram color. Then, click the link to her website and send her a message with your shirt choices. Adult-sized shirts are $24 and kids' sizes are $22. Think Christmas presents!!!!!
The Pizza Man in Clover is graciously holding a one-night fundraiser for us on Thursday, November 13th from 4-9 pm! We would love to see you there, eating some of our favorite pizza, sandwiches, or lasagna in support of our adoption.
Kevin set up an airline mile registry with US Airways. Using the registry, it's easy to gift miles to his frequent flier account to help us travel to Bulgaria to meet our child. We really don't fly much, but he knew we'd be flying to Bulgaria in the future. :)
Until November 12, both American Airlines and US Airways are running a special promotion... When you gift miles you get miles! So, if you have airline miles you would like to share with us, check out the US Airways registry. If you have American miles you'd like to share, just contact us and we will get you the information you need. Thank you!

Everyone who sends a check, donates through Pure Charity, sponsors puzzle pieces, buys bracelets, purchases a monogrammed shirt, attends our fun food fundraisers, or prays for us throughout this process.
